About ARA
The name ARA (pronounced ‘are-ah’) is both the indigenous Maori word for “pathway” and Latin for “altar”. Both definitions are compatible with our philosophy. ARA captures our adventurous spirit; it also echoes our deep respect for tradition and our environment.
